Event Volunteer Form

You're "trapped" at the office until you sell 25 themed virtual items ("bricks", "keys") and free yourself  by calling friends, family, and your whole network!  It's a super fun and you can compete or go your pace!

We are hosting another one of these fun, competitive escape events on November 13th! This escape room for a cause brings together local celebrities across three 2-hour sessions that Friday to compete and advocate for the foster care community—either as individuals or as a team.

• Pick a time on Friday, November 13th (8:30-10:30am, 11am-1pm, or 5:30pm-7:30pm)
• In each session, celebrities have 90 minutes where they are "trapped" in a CVA mock escape room at our office location (304 South Street, Waterloo)
• In order to "break out" you call, text, email, etc. your family, friends, and network to recruit 25 $25 donations before the time is up. The record to beat from these events thus far is 80 donations in 90 minutes!
• It is a great way for businesses, families, and individuals to come together for a fun competition for a good cause.
• All of the money raised will benefit Cedar Valley Angels and our programs, which serve the local foster care community! Help us step into 2027 strong and make a difference for youth and caregivers right here in the Cedar Valley! Your two hours truly has transformational impact!

Do you love organizing and/or cleaning?  Great! We have just the things for you! We have needs that vary week to week that can include:

• Organizing supply donations
• Organizing various supplies or event materials
• Organizing storage in basement
• General office cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, windows, bathrooms)
• and more!

A local event to ensure all youth experiencing foster care or have been adopted or placed in guardianship out of foster care receive holiday gifts and a joyous party with Santa, snacks, games, and more!

Three Pines Farm is generously hosting a fun day on the farm— complete with animals, ice cream, and games—for our program families and volunteers! Help make this afternoon a wonderful space for families and volunteers to connect and have fun together, free of charge! Volunteering details will be sent out as the event gets closer.
